Halloween is my second favorite holiday.
I have found some don't celebrate Halloween cause they think it promotes...witchcraft and the demonic...but All Hallows Eve (Halloween)..celebrates All Soul's Day..Nov 1st. The day we pray for soul's of the departed and remember our deceased family and friends It was believed on Halloween that the souls of the departed roamed the earth to visit loved one. The Devil didn't like it so he sent his minions to also roam the earth on that night and steal living souls. To be safe while going out on the evening folks would don costumes to confuse the minions and they returned empty handed.
Today I wonder if the minions are more terrified of millions of screaming, costumed kids..on sugar highs...running amok in search of more candy....LOL

bag of mixed greens......sliced mushrooms.......sliced radishes............
thin slices of onion......... chopped tomato....blue cheese dressing.

It's to be a glorious Halloween here in Cincinnati......stormy with up to 50 mph winds.....the ghosts'll really have a hard time keepin their feet on the pavement and the witches will be grounded!
